    Mauro Malta is a luxury retail executive based in Hong Kong, serving as the General Manager for Bally in the Asia-Pacific region. He previously held high-level regional leadership roles at prominent global brands, including Bottega Veneta and the DAMIANI Group.

    His expertise spans strategic market expansion, luxury brand commercial operations, and regional business management across Asia.

  • Andy Lee

    Andy Lee is a Hong Kong-based technology entrepreneur who co-founded Sprout, an equity and token management platform. He previously built a 25-year track record leading regional corporate development and expansions across Asia for Uber and Kabam.

    A UC Berkeley graduate, his expertise spans venture capital, investment banking, and scaling digital ecosystems.

WHAT IS THE RACING ACADEMY?

The Racing Academy is proudly partnered with STEM On Track to bring students in Hong Kong & Macau a hands-on STEM experience, where classroom theory comes to life through real-world engineering, design and motorsport.

  • STEM On Track is program from the UK for students, where young people build their own racing karts, learn the STEM theory behind it and race against other competing schools.

    All guided by curriculum linked modules, hosted on an online Race Academy platform.

  • The Racing Academy is delivered through our partner schools across Hong Kong and Macau. Students enrolled at participating schools can apply to join the programme, with places allocated based on each school’s selection process.
